Capped Entry Fees at Early Bird Rates!
In the spirit of making the tournament more accessible and enjoyable for everyone, we have decided to cap the entry fees for full squads at the early bird rate of £200. This decision comes as a result of significant savings achieved since the inception of the competition. Our goal is to ensure that more teams can experience the excitement and camaraderie of Midlands 9’s without financial strain.

We are incredibly grateful to the Rugby Football League for covering player insurance, a move that significantly reduces our operational costs. Additionally, the support from our other sponsors has been instrumental in allowing us to maintain the early bird rate. Great Deals for Smaller Squads
Understanding that not all teams can field a full squad of 16 players and two staff members, we have also introduced a reduced rate for smaller squads. Teams consisting of 12 players and one staff member can now enter the tournament for just £144.43. This special rate ensures that smaller teams can still compete and enjoy the full experience of the tournament.
